THE APARTMENT
This tastefully furnished luxury two-bedroom apartment features the following floor plan:
A gorgeous living room with two very comfortable sofas, a flat-screen TV, and a dining area for 4 people opening to the terrace.
The terrace, furnished with a dining space for 3 to 4 people as well, and featuring a mixed view of sea, greenery and swimming pool.
A fully-equipped kitchen with everything you will need, from a trendy Nespresso coffee machine to dishware, to silverware, and every other ware everywhere.
A first bedroom suite with shower room and toilets, queen size bed, plenty of storage space and large bay windows opening to the terrace as well.
A second bedroom, smaller and with two single beds.
A second separate shower room with toilets completes this floor plan.
Wake up facing the sea, have a leisurely breakfast on the terrace while watching the green parakeets, go down to the swimming pool for a refreshing dip, then head to the center of Cannes within 5 minutes. Whatever the reason for your stay here, the taste of vacation will be with you all along.
GETTING TO THE PROPERTY
Access to the property is within 24 minutes on foot, 16 minutes by bus or 7 minutes by car from the train station.
It is 30 minutes by car from the Nice Côte d’Azur airport.

Within a minute or two by car or bicycle you will reach the Avenue du Maréchal Juin, a main thoroughfare which will lead you to the following points of interests in less than 4 minutes, you’ll be able to enjoy the following activities within less than ten minutes:

Check-out by 11 AM and check-in from 4 PM (flexible depending on our availability; please let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, and we will accommodate whenever possible).
Check-ins can be in person until 7 PM.
Late arrivals are available until 10 PM upon request and for an additional fee.
After these hours, check-ins are only possible via key boxes.
All key boxes are located on the facade of our premises at 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys should be collected from this address for all key box check-ins.
