GETTING TO THE PROPERTY

Access to the property is within 15 minutes by bus from the Cannes train station or 8 minutes by car. It is 30 minutes by car from the Nice Côte d’Azur airport.

You have your own (small) car? Underground parking in the building is available but only for small cars.

WHAT’S IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD

After a few steps down your street, the Rue du Cros Vieil, you’ll be able to enjoy the following activities within less than four minutes on foot:

• Head to the Mouré Rouge beach to go for a swim or settle down at an outdoor restaurant.

• Enjoy the quaint “village” ambiance of the Palm Beach district while shopping for your daily needs in the neighborly stores (butcher shop, bakery, pharmacy, grocery store, post office…)

• Take a stroll on the Croisette seafront between luxury boutiques and fine sandy beaches.

And within less than 10 minutes by car, you can:

• Reach the iconic Palais des Festivals.

• Board a train and discover the other gems along the coastal Riviera, such as Antibes, Nice or Monaco…

• Do some luxury name-brand shopping on the trendy Rue d’Antibes.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Free street parking is available in the same street as the apartment building, as well as a small enclosed garage underground the apartment building.

Household linen is provided (sheets, towels, bath mats, kitchen towels, etc...)
Daily essentials upon your arrival (welcome gift box with shower gel, shampoo, coffee, water, etc...)
A Concierge Service is at your disposal during your entire stay.
Check-out is no later than 11 am and check-in no earlier than 4 pm. This is flexible depending on availability, of course: please do not hesitate to tell us if you wish to arrive before or leave later, we will be happy to accommodate whenever it is possible.
Arrivals can be with one of our staff until 10 pm in winter, and 11 pm in summer.
After-hour arrivals are only self-service via key lock-boxes.
All the key lock-boxes are located in front of our office at 85 Avenue du Maréchal Juin, in Cannes, and the keys will therefore need to be retrieved from this location.
