This unique apartment layout offers two distinct areas, creating the perfect balance between shared spaces for socializing and private retreats for relaxation.
The first area :
Entrance Hall: welcomes you into the apartment and leads to a cozy en-suite bedroom
En-suite Bedroom: includes a fold-away bed, cleverly designed for maximizing space, with a private shower room, WC, and direct access to the terrace
Living and Dining Room: a bright, spacious area featuring a smart TV and a dining table, ideal for entertaining. Large sliding doors open onto the terrace, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living
Modern Kitchen: fully enclosed and equipped with high-quality appliances, this kitchen has everything you need for home-cooked meals or entertaining guests

From Nice Côte d’Azur Airport: Approximately 30 minutes by car via the A8 highway.
From Cannes Train Station: Just 10 minutes by car or a leisurely 20-minute walk.
Upon arrival, our team will be happy to assist you in navigating the local area and settling in. Should you require transfers, whether from the airport or train station, our concierge service can organize them in advance for a smooth and stress-free journey.

Check-out by 11 AM and check-in from 4 PM (flexible depending on our availability; please let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, and we will accommodate whenever possible).
Check-ins can be in person until 7 PM.
Late arrivals are available until 10 PM upon request and for an additional fee.
After these hours, check-ins are only possible via key boxes.
All key boxes are located on the facade of our premises at 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys should be collected from this address for all key box check-ins.
