Located on the garden level of a charming and secure bourgeois building with a resident caretaker, the apartment opens with an entrance hall and closet space leading into a bright, spacious living room with Smart TV and direct access to the private garden.
An open-plan, fully equipped kitchen and dining area extend the living space, ideal for entertaining or enjoying meals at home.
A first shower room with toilet is accessible from the main living area.
Sleeping arrangements include:
A master bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200 cm), en-suite bathroom with macerator toilet, and direct access to the garden
A second bedroom with two single beds (90x190 cm), an en-suite shower room with toilet, and garden access
All rooms boast exceptional ceiling height and tasteful décor. Please note that due to traditional louvered shutters, complete blackout is not guaranteed during the day.
The private garden offers a serene outdoor dining space, as well as access to a separate laundry room.
The residence also boasts a tennis court (available upon reservation at the reception) and a beautiful park with tables and benches, from which you can enjoy a lovely sea view.

After these hours, check-ins are only possible via key boxes.
All key boxes are located on the facade of our premises at 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys should be collected from this address for all key box check-ins.
